Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove in everything we do on our sales process. It integrates well with another sales platform called Salesforce. It allows users like me to save email templates that can be used later for sending blast emails to our sales prospects. It also shows us how many times the email has been opened. It has a scheduler as well letting clients to book a meeting anytime and it auto logs the date on the calendar notifying the user or sender of the email. This tool saves users a lot of time which greatly impacts the productivity in a good way.

There is nothing to complain about Groove. It is suited enough to sales persons. It allows me to track my emails effectively and efficiently allowing me to attend to my clients real time. It notifies me whenever someone has opened my email or scheduled a future meeting with me. Building a connection with your clients is a must in this field, so with this tool it helped me a lot to get more sales.

Groove has a feature that allows clients to book a future meeting with the email sender/ sales associate. I had this client that has been unreachable for a month already, every time I tried to contact her, nobody answered. Then one day she replied on my email with the exact date and time that she would like to be contacted. I was able to reach her finally and the sale was just a walk in the park.
