Groove Manages Your CRM For You
Overall Satisfaction with Groove, a Clari company
Groove makes synching activity with our CRM (salesforce) very easy. It's nice to quickly grab preloaded templates to use for emails and track opens on emails! We have used different products previously and I have found Groove to be the best option out of what we have tried!
Pros

Cons
- The calendar option for scheduling appts is a little hard to read when you have to include multiple people inside our org. Much easier to look at the calendars in outlook.

- I don't waste duplicating efforts to get things noted in CRM. Groove does it all for me!
We used 2 other products not listed above and both were awful, especially Zynbit (crashed my computer any time i used it).
