We utilize Guru for content and knowledge management as well as verifying and storing business documentation. Guru is utilized to create clarity in communication, streamline business processes, improve the customer experience, increase employee engagement and knowledge retention.

  • Change management practices are enhanced due to Gurus detailed features
  • The feedback features help ensure consistency and correct content
  • Accessing the reports dashboard instantly would be nice
  • Initial landing page is intuitive and a simple splash page with where to find what might be helpful for some
  • Our user acceptance has been around 98% since deployment
  • Internal feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and supportive of the product. Guru has helped create transparency in overall communication.
