Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Halogen was introduced as part of a broad talent program at Schiavello. It started with performance reviews, then we are movig on to KPI setting and regular performance conversations throughout the company.

Pros and Cons

Easy navigation - what they have to do comes up front and centre.
Uncluttered - Keeping the important things and getting rid of the annoying parts of so many talent systems.
Modularised - people know what they are focussing on when they go in.

White Labelling - would be nice to have some more opportunity for branding internally

Return on Investment

For the first time, we have reliable data to work from, no more anecdotal quasi-"strategic" decision making

Alternatives Considered

Small Improvements and Workday Human Capital Management

Halogen works for a broad based company that has different levels of technical expertise - it has complexity for those that choose and it has simplicity for those that need some more context.

Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat DC

Likelihood to Recommend

Halogen is well suited where you have a disparate workforce and need a tool that covers a lot of different skillsets, technology levels and role types. It's possibly not best suited to high tech or somewhere that has a much younger demographic.
