I have never had an issue with the timeliness or quality of support provided by HCSS.

Posillico has failed with implementation of many software products. We have failed with HCSS Safety and Dispatch. We need help in making sure the system works for our company and the people who use it.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Heavybid in our estimating department and HeavyJob for our operations.

Pros and Cons

HeavyBid - organized and reproducible process for all estimates, works seamlessly with HeavyJob and accounting system to create budgets on successful bids
HeavyJob - great for production analysis and time card entry synchronization with accounting software

HeavyBid sub solicitation and quote collection system does not perform as well as other products such as ISQft

Alternatives Considered

Bid2win, and Hard dollar.

Heavybid is far above both in terms of product features, but even if they were equal, HCSS support makes a huge difference.
