Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I use Hootsuite as a marketing manager to aid in managing the daily social and blog outputs. Hootsuite allows me to manage numerous platforms from one easy and convenient location. We have multiple users signed up to use the software as well as the director who will occasionally pop in and check it out. Hootsuite makes is super efficient for posting and planning.
  • Efficient - Hootsuite makes scheduling and planning social posts easy and quick.
  • Intuitive - Hootsuite offers various other features that allow our business to thrive.
  • I am a very visual person so sometimes when the posts don't show up exactly how I want them to it can be frustrating using the platform.
  • Employee efficiency.
  • ROI and KPIs
They are two totally different platforms, but both make planning and organization within the department seamless.
They have a team that is ready to help when needed. I personally have not had to use support, but I know with Hootsuites trusted platform it would be available if I were to need it.

Hootsuite allows our department to plan and organize social posts for months in advance. This provides transparency throughout the department and allows other members to plan accordingly and to be able to see what is going on in the social and consumer side of the business. This also allows for new ideas to enter the posts making it super convenient when scheduling promotions and events.

3 - Marketing and sales also view and use Hootsuite. I am mainly the sole user though.
