Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use Hootsuite to schedule all of our social media posts. Because we have a team that is in multiple locations. It has become a great touchpoint for us to schedule things without stepping on each other's toes.

It is well-suited for organizations that have employees working on the same thing but in different locations. It also is helpful in keeping us from scheduling on top of each other when we all have different things we need to post.

Hootsuite Support

We have had good luck with tech support when we have had questions. It's a pretty intuitive product.
