I use Hootsuite to manage 2 client accounts for social media management. It helps all of us keep everything organized, gives clients a platform to check on what content will be upcoming, and schedule content from wherever we are with their mobile access. It has genuinely improved the team efforts for social media accounts with our clients.

This improves our engagement with our audience because we can monitor and respond to comments/messages and mentions across all platforms. This saves us time and enhances our response rate. We can also create and schedule posts in advance which maintains a consistent tone, design, and voice that helps reinforce our brand image in the minds of our audience.

Hootsuite is definitely the most cost effective of the bunch for the goals that my clients have. The AI caption generation is also perfect for cutting down on time. Caption creation actually takes up a lot of time in the scheduling process for content and this feature made Hootsuite stand out to me!
