Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is used for managing operations of sales & post-sales services in the organization. It is being used by various departments viz. Expansion, KAM, Finance, SCM, etc. to efficiently manage their operations and facilitate business processes. Basically, it is used to put different approval processes in place, integrate with other downstream systems & fetch data from their end.
  • Provides clear visibility of the business processes which allows for greater insights into the business development.
  • Provide methods to ensure timely notifications to the customers increasing customer experience & to the internal teams to swiftly complete the process within a specified period.
  • Helps to automate various processes & reduce manual effort on part of the various teams directly impacting their productivity positively.
  • Allowing for easy data entry level validations

HubSpot is very user-friendly which is a very positive point in terms of the adaptability for the new users and also for increasing the adoption for different users. Configurations are easy to build-in when compared to the other CRM software. Marketing feature is highly beneficial and helpful too when compared with other CRM software.
As compared to Siebel, HubSpot is more user-friendly and allows for easy system configurations & integrations. It allows for easy marketing capabilities which is absent in Siebel CRM, and also [the] user experience is more pleasant in the case of HubSpot CRM.

HubSpot is well suited where the requirements are linearly fashioned and level of the complexity is moderate. It is well suited for the organizations where multiple teams need to handle the process and build automations and send triggers around them.

HubSpot would be less suited for highly complex projects where the critical data level validations would be required.
