Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM for everything: templates, notes, calls, tickets. It has helped me stay organized and be able to manage my time better. The whole company uses HubSpot CRM, and it allows us to communicate with each other and stay up to date. What I really like is being able to tag other users to notify them of any updates on specific accounts to stay in the loop together. Currently, the CRM is being used by the whole organization--everyone from sales to customer service and our account executives are all using it. This is a great way to keep track of any new leads or contacts that are being added to our funnel to avoid duplicates.
  • Reporting overview
  • Sales--deals, forecast
  • Sequences
  • Conversations--snippets, templates
  • When assigning myself to a contact and switching to MQL, whats annoying is it switches back to opportunity and then sends me updates to correct
  • If another cc is added but under the same company name, it's not recognized and I have to find it myself.
  • Shorter deal cycle
  • Organization
Compared to Salesforce and other internal company CRMs, I would say this one is by far my favorite. I absolutely love how it has the ability to have all the information in one place, and automation is just a time saver. Before, I was constantly writing manual emails, checking where I sent them etc., with this, I already know I can find it under my customer profile, and a task will be created without the Excel spreadsheets. Less manual work means more time for selling. Another thing that is my favorite is being able to have multiple notification triggers to be on to get notified by email, HubSpot CRM itself, and then Slack. It's really impossible for me to miss anything that comes through from clients. I also really enjoy being able to see and track when my clients open up my emails/clicks giving me more leverage and things to talk about during our call together.
HubSpot CRM's strengths:
  • The CRM is very clean and easy to use.
  • It gives you great control of the contacts and how I can manage them.
  • Being able to have as many contact properties as I can possibly imagine helps me be more custom and allows me to narrow down my search.
  • With just one contact property/company I can view every single touchpoint that has been made, any recent views by the customer as well being able to understand more of their customer journey and where I can step in to help to start the conversation with them.
  • Comparing it to Salesforce, which I had previously used, HubSpot CRM is by far my favorite due to the options, ease of use, and marketing tools for creating sequences.
  • It's literally everything under one umbrella without having the need to search for more. It allows me to set up a sequence, focus in on bringing in new clients, and trust that HubSpot CRM will do the rest for me.
  • It just keeps everything in one folder under client information. Before, I would have to run Excel reports or ask my manager to access certain information. I love how I can add notes and if I am ever away, my team will know exactly who the customer is and what support they need.

HubSpot CRM is amazing when you have a big team, such as our team of 80 employees in various departments. It really allows the teams from sales, CS, and management to stay up to date. I love how everything is tracked; therefore, if a team member is out of the office or no longer with the company, we can see everything from emails, calls, conversations, etc. I have used other CRMs before, such as Salesforce, and I can definitely say by far this has been my favorite tool to use. What makes my life even easier is opening up the side view in my Gmail and automatically updating the contact properties without having to go into the website itself.
