Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is being used at Shadin Avionics as a tool to keep track of our current and past programs and customers. We have 7 HubSpot users, all of which are within our business development department. It helps by allowing our sales team to communicate and stay up to date on where our accounts are and what needs to be done next.
- HubSpot is intuitive and very user friendly.
- HubSpot helps to make a CRM feel custom without requiring coding.
- HubSpot integrates well with other platforms and software.
- HubSpot customer service is top-notch.
- Some features, like workflows, take some time getting used to.
- We would like to see a "Marketing Campaigns" section for high-level concepts.
- We wish HubSpot had a way to forecast monthly payments for longer projects.
- We have seen much better communication within our sales team.
- Our deal tracking is much more organized which leads to easier follow-up.
- The automation tools have saved us countless hours of sending out basic sales prospecting emails. Our sales reps now are able to spend more time talking to customers and less time making cold calls.
- Salesforce CMS and Sugar Sell (SugarCRM)
When looking at overall capabilities, Salesforce and HubSpot are pretty well matched. That being said, HubSpot CRM was better priced and was rated higher in customer service and usability. Sugar CRM did not have some of the reporting functions that HubSpot CRM had and it required some IT work for customization, which we did not want.
