HubSpot CRM is used by our Business Development Manager as a traditional CRM and reporting tool to keep leadership advised of deals in progress and their current standings. It is mainly used by one employee but reporting goes to 7 more. The brokerage department has an interest in moving forward now that they have seen the program.

- Expanded outlook integration - if there's a way to retrieve information (phone, address, etc.) from email signatures so I don't have to self-populate, that would be a dream come true.
Yes - 9/10 - has most of the functions of desktop and still gets the job done 95% as well as desktop!
