Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use it to keep track of my sales accounts and most importantly creating tasks to keep up with people. It does a great job of allowing me to be persistent and keep reaching out to potential customers. It addresses the common problem of forgetting to reach back out to customers.

Amongst the sales team it has allowed us to be on the same page and keep on the same page. With the tagging feature and built in email function, we can share updates and info on our potential customers and clients with others on the sales team. I would say it’s not as robust between the sales and mattering team though, as we don’t leverage marketing features on HubSpot
- Salesforce CMS and JazzHR
HubSpot is more robust than the others and more easy to navigate. The ability to easily integrate is also a big step up from the others. Although I haven’t used all the features, HubSpot has more overall features as well. Although I didn’t choose HubSpot, I would moving forward because sales workflow is easy.
