Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it to keep track of my sales accounts and most importantly creating tasks to keep up with people. It does a great job of allowing me to be persistent and keep reaching out to potential customers. It addresses the common problem of forgetting to reach back out to customers.

I have only used Salesfore and JazzHR and HubSpot has been my favorite. It’s very easy to navigate and although not perfect, pretty easy to use. I haven’t had to contact support yet which is unusual and a good sign. There are some glitches that pop up sometimes, but overall it is pretty easy to use.
HubSpot is more robust than the others and more easy to navigate. The ability to easily integrate is also a big step up from the others. Although I haven’t used all the features, HubSpot has more overall features as well. Although I didn’t choose HubSpot, I would moving forward because sales workflow is easy.

I think it is perfect for any company that is heavily dependent on outreach and sales which is every company. It’s great for sales people that are in charge of generating revenue through potential customers. It is less suited for marketing specific people as I haven’t seen very many helpful integrations.
