Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it all. For sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Overall, it helps us to work together as teams in one CRM which is great. In my team, everybody loves the sequences and workflows. The HubSpot academy helps us 9 out of 10 times with "problems" we are trying to solve.

- Some elements in the workflows are difficult or missing.
- The line items section for SaaS companies could be better.
- Deal through pipeline stages conversation rates we can't get to work.
- Increased sales rep productivity.
- Increased sales due to good pipeline management and workflow automations.
Because we work together on one platform, and therefore approach our leads/prospects/clients from one platform, everybody knows who receives what and who's contacting who. That's helpful.
The functionalities became too little for us.
