Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We have an inbound Sales funnel. We use Hubspot to store contact information about prospective buyers and customers of our software. We integrate virtually all of our tech stack with the Hubspot CRM (from telephony partners such as Aircall to calendar booking systems such as Chilli Piper).
- Data visualisation.
- Search functionality.
- Forecasting
- Ability to cohort contacts on the CRM over time.
- Hubspot massively reduces the time it takes us to qualify and allocate contacts to the Sales team.
- The search functionality on Hubspot doesn't seem to have any AI. E.g., If I'm searching for "Samantha Matthews," but I enter "Sam Mathews," it won't find the contact.
- The charts that you can create on Hubspot can be very motivational for Sales reps.
Hubspot is better value for money.
