Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is our CRM for all of our prospective learners prior to enrollment - through to matriculation - and then beyond for learner support services.
  • Easy to use interface
  • Is easy to scale with increased business
  • Has automation features that can be built in to fit your flow of work
  • Plays well with many 3rd party apps - integration works well
  • Logs every instance in which a deal / contact changes - unlike other CRMs that sometimes only log certain events
  • Occasional speed/crashing issues - typically an alert is sent out, but these can last from 2-10 minutes on average while resolved
  • Can be difficult to understand how to use updates when implemented (and will remove old flows/interfaces if they conflict)

  • ability to more quickly than average communicate info to a prospect
HubSpot CRM is easier to use because of its interface. There are a TON of options and fields that you will need to comb through (and they do offer a HubSpot University to learn even more), but you can take what you need and eliminate what you don't. My worst user experience has been on mobile platforms - I can't see everything like I can on the desktop, so that is my only main pain point. Theoretically I shouldn't be working from my phone though, so it's never a huge issue, but on the whole, I enjoy HubSpot!
Salesforce was overall too complex for most of my business needs in the past. After a few bad run-ins with their support and what I needed to operate my business, I decided to make a return to HubSpot CRM. I haven't lacked in functionality yet, but certainly did manage to lessen the complexity!

Yes

HubSpot CRM is a great choice of CRM regardless of your business vertical - their interface is easy to use and understand, and there are different amounts of data that the platform can collect on your behalf if you're not always likely to get that info out of the gate (ex. a certain business email under a given contact can tell you more about that company, how many employees, etc). Any sales-oriented roles are wonderful, but I have been pleasantly surprised to see how well different departments use it to simply track learners going through their academic programs.
