Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot helps us to simply and easily track communications with potential clients. The deal flow setup is so easy to use and allows our team to be able to monitor deals accurately, share notes with all members of our team and track the data using HubSpot's reports. Simply put, there is no other CRM tool that I'd rather use because HubSpot makes it so easy for me to be able to do my job. I can also make calls from HubSpot and record those calls there so that I can quickly access previous conversations to refresh my memory on what was discussed and what sparked potential clients' interests the most.
  • Easily allows me to track potential deals.
  • Tracks emails and links that I send to leads.
  • It allows me to create quick snippets of information and throw them into relevant emails.
  • Has sequence automation that allows me to set up email/phone call campaigns over the course of a week, a month, a few months or even a year!
  • Hard to navigate properties and the different fields we're capturing when we're running multiple campaigns to very different audiences at one time.
  • For a sales team, it can be challenging to have visuals of when demos/meetings are taking place when there are so many people involved in the demo process. It would be nice if there were somewhere I could go and see all scheduled demo times in a week.
  • Increases amount of calls we can make.
  • Allows me to spend more time calling and less time creating emails.
  • So much can occur through automations.
It has to be one of the best! Salesforce is OK but is much better for a record-keeping purposes as opposed to actively running campaigns out of it. Zoom Info has also tried to convince our team to use its services for CRM purposes, but the database structure that HubSpot uses is unparalleled. It really is a great tool for cold calling, emailing, and sharing relevant one-page documents about our business.
Salesforce's data storage is incredible and ties very well into the other services that we're using. But for CRM purposes, it doesn't measure up in how easily we can run B2B campaigns in HubSpot! ZoomInfo OS is great for data mining, but besides that, it really can't compare to the ease and simplicity of HubSpot's tech.

HubSpot is great for cold calling/outreach campaigns! The fact that every email, phone call, or company note can all be saved in one account is incredible! It allows me to do my job more effectively without having to worry about if my coworkers can see all the work I'm doing. It's a very collaborative atmosphere that allows our team to easily compare notes and listen to one another's phone calls to decide what improvements we can make in the approaches we're taking.
