Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM for the entire Marketing and Sales functions as our primary CRM tool. It solves a lot of our problems, right from lead generation to closing a sales win. Really love the extensive workflow automation feature as well as pipeline management. We moved from a different CRM, the move was pretty seamless, and we have a solid data set right now.

- Email marketing: Parent-child campaign ability, to send follow up campaigns without having to create a workflow to do the same.
- Better integration with DocuSign - right now the integration does not allow custom fields
- Assigning a "Permission Set" to a "Team" - Right now you have to assign a permission set one by one for each user manually.
- Better visibility of deals
- Pipeline management
- Better use of sales documents using Playbooks
We wanted one platform to do both sales and marketing functions and have better data, analytics, and reporting capabilities. We also wanted a robust platform that could integrate with other SaaS products that the business requires to use.
