HubSpot is the best CRM for a budget restricted brand!

Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The business needed a more organized and automated sales process and HubSpot provided that. We also use it for reporting to our owners as well as connecting it to our scheduling billing programs.
  • Automating the sales process
  • Simplifying the quote and contracts that we create
  • Helping organize each sales associate's workflows
  • I wish there were other options for unenrolling a prospect from a sequence in the Sales portal (clicking a link, etc)
  • I wish changes made to sequences affected those already enrolled
  • Much more streamlines sales processes
  • Easier to train with HubSpot
  • More transparency and trackable progress
The interface is very easy to navigate compared to other CRMs. I have not fully used another CRM, though. I've only demoed others.

I think that, for the price, HubSpot is a great CRM. We demoed a lot of options and HubSpot was by far the best in our budget.
