Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I currently use HubSpot to help grow our new dog food brand

HubSpot makes it super easy for me to add new leads while auto-filling a lot of the needed information for me. It also has the ability to merge leads, add contacts, and link calls from companies to contacts very easily. Similarly, you can add new deals to it and tag other team members in comments to ensure they see your notes The reports feature is great both on free and premium and you can also send out email campaigns with several free and premium templates. HubSpot is one of the easier to learn and feature-filled CRM's systems I've used to date

  • Ability to make more calls in a day due to the ability to filter out leads that do not need to be contacted
It's very good honestly, Salesforce is pretty tricky for a lot of people to learn, Microsoft dynamics is terrible, and the other two franchise-based CRM's I used were very legacy-looking/not aesthetically pleasing and often glitched out I have not had any problems with HubSpot so far except for randomly being signed out while using the product
It allows me to directly tag members of my team in my work so they can see my progress and gives me customisable reports to present to my colleagues
