Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We decided to move off the Salesforce platform late last year, transitioning to HubSpot for it's strong out of the box capabilities. We have more functionality available to us now, and when comparing similar features in both products, I can confidently say they are better executed in HubSpot, we are very happy with our decision.
  • Task management is very well thought out
  • Marketing tools are very strong and provide a great deal of helpful analytics
  • Automation of emails and other administrative type processes is excellent
  • De-duplication process could be improved/better automated
  • Meetings set up by with my HubSpot meetings link don't include video call links when they should
  • HubSpot meeting links aren't as well integrated or easy to use with Typeform (v. Calendly)
  • Improved sales tracking
  • Increased sales rep adoption
  • Overall improved ability to interpret important data points
HubSpot CRM is hands down more straightforward to use and easier to get things done with efficiency in mind. In addition, it's easier to master and there's a shorter learning curve when compared with other products I have used in the past like Zoho, Salesforce, and other lesser known CRM options.
It has allowed information to be more accessible to both sales and marketing departments and improved our ability to communicate important metrics in ways we were unable to in the past.
HubSpot blows the other products I have used in the past out of the water.

Overall, HubSpot CRM has improved processes and efficiencies with very little configuration. That being said, I like that I have been able to improve the quality of contact data in ways we were previously unable to (with Salesforce). As it pertains to sales, it has been much easier to use and maintain as well as significantly less cumbersome.
