Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I've been using HubSpot for 8 months so far and I'm in love with how user-friendly the platform is. Our team is able to easily track reports, send comments, and messages, and quickly add notes and contact information. We currently use the platform as an Application tracking system as well as sales reports.
- Tasks, scheduling follow-ups.
- Reports
- Organization
- Being able to easily go back and see an activity feed, notes, etc. Sometimes things seem to go lost or 'unseen'.
- Revenue growth projection/forecasting.
We have really enjoyed being able to have a platform where we have forecasts, data / reporting with what will align with our sales goals, as well as making sure we have a way to not have things fall through the cracks with prospects.
Formstack was difficult to navigate, took a lot more training, and personally, was less aesthetically pleasing.
