Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I've been using HubSpot for 8 months so far and I'm in love with how user-friendly the platform is. Our team is able to easily track reports, send comments, and messages, and quickly add notes and contact information. We currently use the platform as an Application tracking system as well as sales reports.

Pros

  • Tasks, scheduling follow-ups.
  • Reports
  • Organization

Cons

  • Being able to easily go back and see an activity feed, notes, etc. Sometimes things seem to go lost or 'unseen'.
  • Revenue growth projection/forecasting.
I've loved the ease and flow of Hubspot's CRM compared to Salesforce which I've used in the past. It overall seems more user-friendly and easier to navigate.
We have really enjoyed being able to have a platform where we have forecasts, data / reporting with what will align with our sales goals, as well as making sure we have a way to not have things fall through the cracks with prospects.
Formstack was difficult to navigate, took a lot more training, and personally, was less aesthetically pleasing.

I've really enjoyed using Hubspot as it's incredibly user-friendly and I can quickly import or export new contacts for our sales prospects/funnel. I also enjoy the follow-up function as well.
