Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to manage our customers and communication services with them. It helps keep businesses and customers organized, as well as shows the interactions between all users and customers. I use Hubspot to find and make orders for pickups or drop offs by finding customers by their business name, I note/add tasks of communcations between us and the customer to show everybody what is going on with each customer.

It's pretty straight forward with how to use the program. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a task or log a call. Everything is right there.
Everything is available to view on the main page without clicking through so many tabs to find the info you are looking for.

It is well suited because it displays all the information we need on the main page and allows us to navigate within that page without losing where we are, making it easy to find details you are looking for, for that specific customer.
