Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot as our client base; we manage our follow-ups and calls. We use sequences with our templates to outreach clients. We have our coats pipeline and also our deals pipeline. It helps us a lot to be organized on who we contact and how we contact them! It is a very useful resource we use every day at all times.
  • Sequences outreach.
  • Creating tasks to follow up, on the main page of the contact is amazing.
  • Checking reports of our team for outreach emails.
  • Dashborads and reports are very difficult to create.
  • A complete workflow where you can send an email after 30 days or something like that; the sequences are difficult to interact with if you want it more professionally.
  • 15%-20% of closing new deals.
I have used Constant Contact and Apollo.io, and the only one really easy to use is Hubspot. On the contact page, you will have everything you need to know about that contact, you can add properties and everything. The ones I have used are not like this; they only complicate things.
With the creation of templates, we have been able to create sequences to help us reach new contacts and potential clients. We have been working on A/B testing our subject lines and emails so we can have a better result. HubSpot allows us to do all this in a single place.
Hubspot allows you to have all the information of the contact in one place. Even if the company, deal, and contact are on different pipelines, they will work as one big structure. You can merge contacts and deals, and you can update everything; I really love HubSpot as our CRM; other sites won't allow you to have that, and if they do is very confusing.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Having your client base organized is very effective. Creating views where you can contact only those people you want is very helpful. The reports and dashboards are very difficult to understand, it is not like you can just start playing around, and you will find out how to use them. Trying to connect with customer service is very difficult. We should be able just to contact you via message, not just by calling; I don't have the time for that.
