Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to approach potential clients and close deals. We also do reporting and provide service through tickets. We basically try to keep all our data recorded on HubSpot. Our marketing and sales strategies are also contained on the platform; we try to keep all departments working on HubSpot in order to facilitate alignment and keep track of data.

My only other CRM experience has been with Salesforce, though honestly, it was not deep at all and very short-lived. That being said, HubSpot excels mostly for two things. Firstly, it is very user-friendly; in my opinion, our different departments have little trouble working on the platform, and the learning curve is fast. Secondly, it’s an all-in-one solution; you can do anything and everything, so that’s a big plus.
HubSpot has been key for alignment. The fact that all info is in one place helps both teams stay on track, have more fruitful discussions, and keep revising goals. HubSpot has become the place to check what leads are most important and gives a thorough sense of current affairs, which allows marketing and sales to work together in a way otherwise impossible.
My experience with Salesforce was very short. It is very powerful in pushing your sales, but I feel that it lacks a lot of features other CRMs have. At our company, we chose HubSpot because of the many features it has; we felt like it really would give every department powerful tools to approach all businesses.

Small companies who are just starting. Honestly, it will save them so many headaches in the future, and they will be glad to have kept everything organized in one place and have kept track of all data as well. HubSpot also works great for big companies with several departments, but getting started can be overwhelming in some cases.
