Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Track emails, calls, and meetings and submit quotes. Follow the sales process from start to finish. I also add leads as needed.
Pros
- Email Tracking.
- Recording Calls.
- Quotes
Cons
- It changes lead owners frequently.
- It does not save information in real time ie needs 24 hours to reflect a change.
- It's hard to find relevant information on help. You can go down a rabbit hole looking for a simple question explanation.
- A spell check is needed.
- Does not apply.
Not a big impact on my role. It takes too long to create emails and sequences. I do link the tracking aspect.
Management selected both programs.
