Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Track emails, calls, and meetings and submit quotes. Follow the sales process from start to finish. I also add leads as needed.
  • Email Tracking.
  • Recording Calls.
  • Quotes
  • It changes lead owners frequently.
  • It does not save information in real time ie needs 24 hours to reflect a change.
  • It's hard to find relevant information on help. You can go down a rabbit hole looking for a simple question explanation.
  • A spell check is needed.
It's not the worse but not the best. The help center is a mess.
Not a big impact on my role. It takes too long to create emails and sequences. I do link the tracking aspect.

It's had to pull detailed customer lists. It needs to be quicker and less complex.
