Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to schedule manual and auto emails (sequences), save templates, call prospects, save notes on calls, schedule meetings, track and manage other sales people calls/email output, and organize everything I need to be successful.
  • Great support - quick feedback - very helpful.
  • Records information accurately.
  • The calendar tool works well.
  • You should allow threading to not be all or none - there should be the ability to thread some emails in a sequence and not others.
  • You should have the ability to mass change the date that tasks are due on the task plane.
  • You should have a parallel dialer built into mass cold calls.
  • You make it so the default font and color can't be changed - the color is a weird grey and not black, and it slows me way down when putting an email together and copy-pasting for certain areas—slower time = less ROI.
  • I think it's pretty straightforward for sales adoption.
  • Not sure it makes deal cycles shorter.
I've used Salesforce in the past but briefly and barely remember it because I've used HubSpot for two years now.

Well suited for sales not sure if it's appropriate for marketing or operations as much. The inability to thread certain emails has been upvoted for 3 years, and you still don't let us do it.
