HubSpot CRM allows us to focus on lead management and outreach based on contact behaviors and triggers. We utilize the workflow systems to create follow up emails for nurturing and track contact's lead scores to determine when a salesperson should reach out to them for a demo. HubSpot CRM has allowed us to get more insights into what pages users visit on our website, track their email activity and do segmented outreach as well as follow up after form submissions.
- Email workflows allow us to target users based on behaviors across our website and with our marketing emails
- List segmentation helps us get a better idea of where leads are coming in from and how we can nurture them based on their activity
- Lead scoring helps us keep track of the most engaged contacts so we can know when they are reaching to connect with a salesperson
- The chat functionality is still basic, it would be great to be able to have more features like other chat bots do

Before HubSpot CRM I used Goldmine, which felt very early 2000's in its structure. HubSpot CRM is a very modern tool that allows for setting up simple tasks in the most aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand way.
