Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used predominantly as a Sales CRM but also as a support ticketing customer frontface to establish better relationships and communications with our customers

  • Has had a positive impact on freeing up sales time
  • In my opinion, HubSpot CRM is quite expensive
Parts of it are very simply and easy to use like recording messages, adding details etc. However, in my opinion, others such as api integration are very much not simple and leave you frustrated. In my opinion, the quote management for example is particularly inefficient for our requirements.

For the sales team looking to monitor customer relations it is very good. However in my opinion, at managing specific tickets, forms and interaction with other applications it falls short.
