Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We sell software to staffing and recruiting companies and we use HubSpot CRM to organize our sales funnel and also make our marketing efforts more standardized and efficient. While those are our main uses, we also use the lists and reporting features to track performance and make projections for future modeling.
  • Makes it easy to know where in the sales funnel each lead is
  • Makes it easy to automate communication to leads to keep them engaged
  • Easy to customize to fit your exact needs on what you want to see when you look at a deal
  • I would love to see some AI features regarding the logic of workflows
  • When editing a field with standard answers, would be awesome to always have the option to type in to add a new possible standard answer directly within the field itself without having to go edit the property in settings and then go back
  • Texting functionality at lower price point
  • Less manual time being spent on following up with leads, leading to more time focused on converting them
  • Easier for anyone from the team to go in and view high-level health of the pipeline without having to go through one person for updates
  • Easier to track KPIs and adjust accordingly
Very user-friendly. It's complex at first and has a learning curve, but once you understand why everything is there it's a breeze. For example, the differences between deal and contact properties and how they relate to lists and reports can come off as weird at first, but once you start making lists and reports you realize that you can't do it one way because there is a better way to do it already built in.
HubSpot CRM is the next level up. The core functionality exists in sales mate but in the end, to be a larger scale company HubSpot CRM is much better at keeping things organized, automating processes that will be impossible to do manually at scale, and it also has more robust reporting features and customization to get the figures we exactly need to know for decision making.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

HubSpot CRM is well suited to scenarios specifically in sales and marketing. If you were to try to use this as a relationship management tool for customers who have already converted and are in more of a customer success stage then it does not work as well. For example with Sales, let's say you have various calls at each stage of the process. You can easily mark at which stage a deal is and then automate content or follow-up depending on that stage to keep them engaged. In implementation, we had to customize fields that we wanted to see like how confident we are that they won't churn now that they've signed.
