Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubspot CRM for profiling the accounts of all of our drivers. It's a great help in updating the profiles, and an easy way to keep the accounts in detail. It's very communicative and keeps the record in real time. Integration is flexible with the other apps, especially automating information directly making the work faster and more productive. HubSpot CRM has a lot of features to offer that address the business problems of intermittent tickets from the drivers. It is also universal and shared by other employees which is a good collaboration to help each other.

Integration is smoothly automated. Details, options, updating features are very flexible and easy to navigate. Direct and friendly interface that makes the task manageable. Visibility on the person working on the contacts. Accessible to everyone that establish teamwork. Status are helpful knowing the least to most priority. Information can be updated in real time.
HubSpot CRM has more features that is very useful in Reporting, recording, Profiling Contacts, Assigning tickets, Sales, Marketing and also dealing on inquiries directly from the contacts. It has the essentials you are looking for when organizing a profile. You can do so much more when updating an information. Very friendly interface and easy to understand.
