Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot allows us to manage all of our prospect and client relationships, which helps us capture new business and increase company revenue.
- Great UX - easy to use and customize
- Makes app integrations simple
- Automation helps with outbound sales motions
- Quote integration with NetSuite has proven more difficult than I feel it should be
- Time savings
- More efficiency
- Better organization
Stacks up well against Salesforce. Perhaps slightly more user friendly but capable of doing all the same necessary functions.
