Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hub Spot to allow potential clients to book product demos. We log all our calls, SMS, and email communications, then arrange lists, tickets, and deals to move them through the sales pipeline from prospect to lead to a deal and then pay customers.
  • Tracking workflows.
  • Automation of emails.
  • Meeting links.
  • Logging activity.
  • No SMS reminders for meetings.
  • You aren't able to use fields within emails if you want to create one-off emails; always has to be a template.
  • Increased revenue growth due to tracking for each sales agent.
  • Increased customer retention due to customer service ticket management capability.
  • Increased opportunity spotting, which has led to an increase in revenue due to being able to cross-sell products.
I find it easier to use than Salesforce.
It can do way more, yet in a simpler fashion.
