Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to automate and streamline the sales process. We can add prospects into sequences that automatically create follow-up tasks when we engage with them. We can also connect our email and LinkedIn accounts to streamline processes. It saves a lot of time and cuts down manual processes.

They are much faster and quicker for the purposes that we are using it. They are more clunky and disjointed whereas HubSpot has good integrations and work flows which makes the work faster and easier for us to carry out. The automatic task creation is particularly useful in comparison to them.
