Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to automate and streamline the sales process. We can add prospects into sequences that automatically create follow-up tasks when we engage with them. We can also connect our email and LinkedIn accounts to streamline processes. It saves a lot of time and cuts down manual processes.

  • Quick and fast, makes it easier.
It is much better because it has features that make it easier to prospect quickly and efficiently. Other CRMs that do not have these features can be very slow in comparison, and you have to stop and start all the time, whereas, with HubSpot, you can just keep going and going.
They are much faster and quicker for the purposes that we are using it. They are more clunky and disjointed whereas HubSpot has good integrations and work flows which makes the work faster and easier for us to carry out. The automatic task creation is particularly useful in comparison to them.

When trying to prospect and reach prospects with content, information, and sales content, it is good as it always creates follow-up tasks for you to make sure that you don't forget to try and reach them. It can also automate your outreach and keep them in a sequence so you can easily jump from prospect to prospect.
