Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use the whole suite of HubSpot CRM: sales HUB, service HUB and marketing HUB. All in the professional level.
The sales HUB has scaled a lot in functionalities for Outbound sales, integrating all the chennels you need as a sales rep for contacting the leads.
For us, as a SaaS company, is really great having the sales HUB integrated with the service HUB. Although, the service HUB is not the best, it takes care of the mayority of funcionalities you need to take care of your customers.

We used to use Freshworks for our CRM, and HubSpot CRM exceeds on having all the platform integrated, you don't need to hire different platforms, as you have all the information in the same place.
We had to stop using the Marketing HUB professional, and started using Brevo for email marketing purposes.
