Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub

I use Sales Hub to track deals and set tasks so that I am always following up with the right people at the right time.
  • Task Lists
  • Activity feed so I can reach out to people who engage with my emails
  • Call logs so that all touches are automatically collected on the person/company record.
  • I wonder how accurate the recommended times to send emails are....
  • It seems that template emails render a bit differently in a person's mailbox after I send them...I want the template to look exactly like the message that gets sent.
  • The integration with Zoom Info - which happens to be down right now.
  • Email Scheduling
  • General record organization - Especially the ability to quickly edit records with Preview. Its a good time saver.
  • Its hard to quantify. Its an indispensable tool for sales people. There are alternatives but I like HS the best due to ease of use and abundance of useful features.
I like HS better due to less complications and noise about infinite use case scenarios.

This is an excellent tool make sales people more effective at their job. It also seems easier to learn than Salesforce. I use HS to schedule emails, schedule tasks, make calls and capture call notes and pre-call research notes.
