Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
We automated many manual task, in which monitoring is a major chunk. We automated our many process which are config driven and generated a huge logs, now to manage logs and take specific actions based on logs and failures, we are using RPA. It is fast and enables us faster response and more uptime.

We used our company platform and with some integration we were able to do so. The work done was satisfactory, although manual interventions were required after the bot
1hr/day on normal monitoring and if anything fails almost 2hrs/day
