Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

We are using IBM RPA to send different product variations to factories, a lot of proposed product changes coming from my department where we instill consumer insights, however we have many researches and a lot of consumer data, IBM RPA helps us to distill consumers insights and match them when they are similar.
  • Semantic Grouping
  • Data Entry
  • Text Decoding
  • Faster output time
  • Local characters (Vietnamese, Tamil)
  • Support more file formats.
  • 25% decrease in agency fees
  • 10% decrease in research company fees
  • 10% increase in output efficiency times
IBM RPA in my current company is not employed with any chat platforms, it would have been a lot better it was employed with Skype Enterprise at least for our corporate, that's why I couldn't comment on this part a lot. I heard that it might create wonders even for corporates.
We are conducting almost 50 researches per year, spanning at least 6 different languages and to distill all the information made possible with 3 co-workers and agencies, in the end after we use IBM RPA, we have seen at least 15% time reduction in terms of data entry, and distillation.
UiPath was very popular with conferences and they were a big player in the market however, when it comes procurement I guess the decision lies with the multiple departments and we felt that UiPath was not ready to be scaled in a corporate format so that we chose IBM RPA collectively.

Did implementation of IBM Robotic Process Automation go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy IBM Robotic Process Automation again?

Yes

Let's assume I have 40 in-depth consumer interviews about a product category however there is a limited time to process these to create an insights. On top of that, IBM RPA would process these interviews with given codes and give me the similarity results at most in a day and then I can use them.
