I have 3 restaurants and when it's the season or the weekend handling the reservations is a mundane task and I do not want to spare a headcount for this job, my people have other things to do, I am using IBM RPA to function and help a chatbot where I can get the most benefits regarding the reservations.

One of the key areas that we work with IBM Robotic Process Automation is our integration with Facebook/Instagram messenger. We are saving at least one headcount from our operations which is almost 160 hours per month and the IBM RPA provides us services for 7/24 for, I mean after the normal working hours even that's why there is also an saving regarding opportunity cost of not having IBM RPA at our disposal.
