Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
We are using IBM RPA to handle customer support services where technical information for their websites is needed. Right now I can tell that it's working quite good however we need to improve the RPA because every day the problems are changing and we need to put better and various inputs to our tool.

We have integrated IBM Robotic Process Automation with Facebook Messenger and it helps us a lot, in the future we are also planning to integrate Chat GPT-4 to create answers to help IBM RPA to drag and drop them where/ when ever they're needed. That's more or less how our integration works.
I'd say almost 350 hours per month is saved with IBM RPA, if I count the human error that might have caused if we weren't use IBM RPA, I can say it even adds up to somewhere around 400 hours per month, which is substantial for our operations and I hope it will continue in this way.
We didn't look for any alternatives.
