Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Internal CRM to see production data PII, marketing emails, reporting
  • Quick access to data
  • Easy reporting tools
  • Ability to take API calls
  • Cannot have multiple contacts using same email
  • Not a great user experience with API webhook responses
  • can't really say as we don't use it purely as a way to drive business just suport and ops
It can be customized however you want with limitations since each use case is very specific.
Insightly has helped us look at our production database and gives us the ability to give access to our operations team to customer information. It also helps with us tracking all of our leads and merchants that sign up with us so that we can see what's happening with our paticular partners that we work with.

Insightly is good for a quick start to your CRM needs. However, you will outgrow it quickly especially if you use it as a way to visualize your production data.
