The impact on our company and work department which is the scheduling area is great and makes our work a lot smoother and more efficient, due to the ease and wealth of information. Having insightly has been a game changer for allowing us to be more productive in everything we do from dealing with sales reps to homeowners.
i think insightly is more user friendly and more interactive in many areas that surpass the competition, My Salesforce lacked adequate training to be able to give a concise comment of the inner workings of the program. So it would unfair to have full comparisons , but insightly surpasses any crm i have used yet.
