Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly as our CRM to manage contacts, leads, and opportunities and build sales pipelines and dashboards. The ease with which Insightly manages our contacts and leads is incomparable. We haven’t found another CRM that can give us the same results with such ease! We’re beyond happy and confident with Insightly and the performance it’s given our team, and the price point is second to none.

It’s made managing our contacts, leads and opportunities so much more manageable and easier. We appreciate all the functionality and support. And the fact that it’s so user friendly and laid out easily. You don’t have to have a nasa degree to understand the crm functionality! Which is so useful!
We’re looking to use a simple CRM that can fulfill our needs for a CRM. We needed to manage our Pipeline and Opportunities in a simple and easy format, that the entire team could utilize on a daily basis and Dashboard that were useable and changeable to our needs. Insightly has fulfilled these needs and more.

Using Insightly
9 - CRM management, Lead management, Pipeline management, Sales processing, Email automation, Note management, follow-up documentation, getting leads from our website and reach-outs, etc. We use it on a daily basis across our entire Organization and our Dashboards are constantly being updated for our needs for all our team. We love it.
3 - We have 3 people trained on Insightly that we use to help our team with needs and or any questions that may arise on the usage or utilization of Insightly. If we cannot answer the team questions we reach out to our Insightly help team and they are very quick to reply and help us with answering our questions.

Evaluating Insightly and Competitors
- Ease of Use
We wanted something that was easy to use, easy to implement, easy to set up and easy for the team to start to daily use. If it was complicated they would not try it. Luckily we had a great onboarding team to help us train and get started right away so our team was ready to go from the start, and includes any new hires as well.
I would not change anything.

I am throughly impressed every time we've had to reach out, because even a question that seems small or ridiculous they're eager to assist and answer. It's appreciated and so awesome how helpful they are. One reason we love Insightly
