Sometimes it is hard to use the UI
We have integration with Stripe. It helps understand user's status
Intercom is more powerful and evolving faster. Intercom has Fin AI integrated. Chatbot flows are great! It has more outbound features more.

We use Intercom to support and engage users. We have built our help center on Intercom, which is integrated into chat widgets and chatbot flows. We love the user segmentation feature, which helps to deliver messages to the correct users right in time. Also, we use an onboarding feature to help our clients get started with our software. Chatbots help us to collect pre-chat information about issues and requests. We are eager to try Fin AI in our flows as well.
