Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable to manage our email lists which we sell to clients to advertise their products. Our problems include email deliverability, ad performance, and maintaining positive engagement with our emails by providing valuable content and promotional offerings.
- Live support chats
- In depth stats and reports on campaigns
- User interface is intuitive and easy to use
- It could provide better tips and checks for email templates as far as deliverability and spam placements or something maybe.. like "hey are you sure you want to add this in to your email? It could risk spam placement" or something
- Hit or miss - our old ESP had a rock solid shared IP pool and sending domains that we were able to use so we never really had to worry about deliverability. Unfortunately it was sunsetted (bronto) and we've had a negative impact on ROI having to move things over but its not necessarily a direct reflection of Iterable hurting our ROI, just the nature of the situation.
