Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable to automate our vehicle service follow-up, this reminds customers that their vehicle is due for servicing. We use it for lead follow-up to reengage leads that can be resurrected. We also use if for customer satisfaction, where a customer receives a survey and the ability to respond about their level of service.
- Event Triggered Emails
- Customer Segmentation
- Allows to easily template emails across journeys
- Primary unique identifier is only email, no other choices like user id.
- Can't make node templates, if you use a Yes/No filter on lots of journeys, you can't make it a template
- Iterable's API event call can only recall the last 200 events for a email.
- It allows us to follow-up with customers automatically, prior each store had to build a list and follow-up with their customers. Saved us tons of people hours.
We like the API the most, it seemed the most straightforward, it is easy to update profiles and user traits. Additionally, we use segment and we wanted something that could be a source and a destination in Segment. We also like the identify calls so you can track a customer anonymously and then when you identify them have all the history.
