We use Iterable to deploy our global email campaigns and US SMS. We also utilize Digioh.

Nothing that isn't available on other ESPS. Moving over to omnichannel is a new learning curve for me, but I do like the idea of functionality around channel optimization
We have just migrated in March so nothing here that is really a driver that we can call out
When compared to Resci it actually seems less user friendly since it does not save our MANY template changes. Additioa lly setting up an AB Test as an experiment is not user friendly. I would advise updating list option to split audiences into groups. When compared to Attentive (speaking for INTL accounts only) Iterable seems very behind and does not seem to know best SMS practice... or much on international best practice also
