Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We're currently using Jobvite as our ATS system. We did not have a robust system before as we used Taleo in the past. A lot of the tracking tasks were done by using Google Sheets but they were obviously not efficient. With Jobvite now, the recruiting team has been able to streamline the talent requisition process from posting to offer and can track all the KPIs along the way.

Overall, the forums provide decent support but as mentioned the reporting system is a bit of a mess and there is not enough training documentation or videos for it online. The onboarding process with regards to reporting was inadequate and had to be followed up. If the reporting is improved in the future, Jobvite will be a major competitor.

Jobvite is perfect as an applicant tracking system (ATS) that can be incorporated smoothly into the recruiting process of any company. However, the reporting really needs more improvements as we had different expectations of the reports that it would produce when it was demoed to us. But overall, it is still a really efficient ATS system.

Overall a 4 star system, dock 1 star due to lackluster reporting system.
