Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Jotform for all my clients forms for their files and e-signs. I use it all year round and several signage. I don't see many issues with product. Maybe allow for different types of layout and not just standard but otherwise they are very reliable and easy to use and set up.

DocuSign

Jotform was easier to use and easier to set up the documents to sign. Forms did not mess up or have to be redone and they were sent with communication emails back to me better as well. It sends document in email when signed as well which makes it easier to sign .

I do alot of virtual work. It is easy for me to forward links to clients and get documents signed and back to me. This makes it easy to get things done with my clients while Im on the go and the forms are easy to navigate and understand for all customers.

On the Form Builder, we have a Form Designer tool that offers vast customization options so that you can design your form just the way you want it. However, if you are referring to Jotform Sign, the Sign Builder does not allow you to customize an uploaded document.
