Overall Satisfaction with Kaseya Virtual System Administrator (VSA)
Kaseya in the role of system administration helps us to manage all our user's computers around all our local and remote locations and keep full control over administrator permission for the end-users technical support. It also helps us with massive deployments of software and also with deploying several administration tools we use as a standard in the company.
- Remote control.
- Remote system administration permisssions.
- Massive deployments.
- Re-enrollments of computers in the platform.
- More stability in OnPremise systems.
- Simplified the service desk.
- Security analysis is not the best.
I think that one of the best features Kaseya has over the other tools I mentioned is more maturity and expertise in the area, so you have a good support and good know-how in the network. It also works in most use environments.
